Cloggie: booklog: Cryptonomicon
Cryptonomicon
Neal Stephenson,
910 pages

I'm calling this book geek fiction, a term of my own invention, because no other term comfortably fits it. Since its obsessions (computers, cryptography, maths, serious infodumps) are all geeky and appealing to geeks, I think geek fiction is the right term for it.

For some time now I had the urge to reread this book, but since I have the hardcover version it wasn't feasible to read it on the subway. Instead I've started reading at bedtime, every night for say half an hour or so.
