More handlebar-eye views of Amsterdam, again unashamedly stolen from Amsterdamized, here doing the loop from Oud West through the Grachten and then via the Rijksmuseum to the park. All on a lovely summer’s day, and all set to mellow music. Enjoy, especially if you’re desk-bound in the heat.

    Nice video; it captures perfectly why so many Americans like Amsterdam.

    @Martin: you’d think. Most I know or meet kinda freak out over cycling in da Dam: ‘That’s dangerous!’, ‘Such chaos, oh my god!’, ‘Why don’t people wear helmets?’ ‘Isn’t that irresponsible?’, etc, etc. Sigh, fear mongering drama queens..but still happy to show them around and burst their bubbles :-p
