Incidentely, what I’ve noticed about Condoleezza Rice’s testimony, as well as statements by other senior Bush officials, is the steady stream of excuses for why they didn’t do their jobs. Everything seems to be someone elses fault. Nobody seems to take any responsiblity for the many mistakes and blunders that have been made. Has anybody actually been fired even over the september 11 attacks?
