I’m not sure how effective this particular move would be for us not quite Hollywood stunt woman/movie star/superheroine material.

If she can get her leg up that high, why not kick him in the family jewels?

If the assailant is moving towards you, kicking the assailant in the gentleman’s vegetables won’t stopp the assailant from barging into you.
On the flip side, the move Black Cat is doing, while effective, probably takes a fair bit of training to pull off sufficiently smoothly to avoid self-injury (I’ve done it in training, not sure I could actually pull it off in anger).
